Bought these 3x refills off eBay recently-

I can't seem to spot a product name to them unfortunately but wondering if anyone would be able to recommend an alternative as it's hard to work out in photos wasn't isn't more of the same. In a nut shell I've bought a few complete pens from exhibitions in the past and they've served me quite well but by comparison these refills wear down at an alarming rate while spilling out lots of nasty pickles in the process  >:(
