Has anyone heard of a new Gauge 3 layout called 'Ketheric'?

Ah, so that's what its called.  Yes, it will be super, maybe even a worthy successor to St.Ives and certainly with more impressive locos and stock.  Built by a society member with professional help.  Wait for Swindon to find out.
