My initial reaction was an original
NER Class D, however on closer examination the cylinders look like those used on the
Metropolitan Railway H Class.

That H class Met loco looks absolutely right. No sure I'd like to attempt turning that pile of bits into something like the photo. Best start from scratch, say I.

The cylinders remind me of WH Jubb (JLS) castings - but I thought it was an Atlantic (4-4-2)
