I've looked at this website and the largest scale that they sell is 7mm. Why are they here?

i don't believe they have a website. unless somehow you have come by malcom mills rpm website, who was involved with the first ever j39 (see autumn 2020 newsletter) rpm do 7mm and 10mm. however R.T models do gauge 3 as per autumn newsletter and make a very nice J39 and offer the j39 in kit form now and have begun to offer some items from that kit that are suitable for other locos from gresley in gauge 3. they are definitely gauge 3 . see pic

the rt models that comes up on google search is nothing to do with these parts. the only contact is via the email provided. pity another trader has same name. ash
