Looks like could be based on the Wiese/Collin design

Looks like it is but I think the asking price is more than a little 'optimistic'. No mention of any boiler certificates.

Look at picture 7 the tender is supposed to follow the same profile as the cab in height and there is a distinct difference in height. It looks too squat in simple terms and due to the fact it has never run under steam this would make me more concerned of its ability to hold pressure. I would sooner buy an engine that has been fired and a proven machine. Buying this engine would be ground up rebuild just to make sure that everything was in tip top condition.
