Gorrings have this for sale in their "Fine Art Antiques & Collectables" 03/12/2014 10:00 AM, Lot No. 33

A scratch built live steam 4-8-4 locomotive, painted with brown and black livery and marked Dominion 1100, 30.25in., mounted on track with wood plinth base and perspex cover. Estimate:£500-700

I have checked with them and it is 2½ gauge.

It's an LBSC / James Joslin 'Helen Long'.

Nicely painted but what livery is it. Its a very earthy green. It looks like a halfway house between stroudley improved engine green and Marsh Umber.

John Candy

Probably North British Railway....it was a greenish-brown colour

My fellow Members, ask not what your Society can do for you, ask what you can do for your Society.

MikeWilliams

Probably something entirely fictitious which the builder liked the look of.
