Scott, Lacy & Knight.

2.5" gauge live steam Southern 2-6-0 locomotive and tender, finished in malachite green with yellow lining, with tender to read Southern 809, easy access to back head fittings to include regulator, sight glass, pressure gauge and other expected fittings, twin out cylinders actuated by Walschaerts valve gear, hand pump situated in tender, no boiler history, built to a good standard with display track length

It's an LBSC designed Dyak, his freelance Mogul but closest in looks to a Maunsell N.
Stick some ears on it and it would pass muster to most observers.
Plenty of them were built of varying quality and it looks pretty enough.
Firing it would be a step into the unknown...
