Sheffield Auction Gallery have a sale on 27th October which includes this at Lot No.23:

http://sheffieldauctiongallery.com/Catalogues/2016/ss271016/page001.html

A 2½ Inch Gauge Live Steam 4-6-2 "Princess Elizabeth" Locomotive by Bassett Lowke. Complete with six wheel tender. Cab detached, missing minor parts. Paint loss to most areas. Basset Lowke sign riveted to tender. Ideal project for full restoration.

Now, if I didn't already have three vintage engines in need of an overhaul, this is one I'd go for.  I hope somebody takes it on and sympathetically completes it.  Usual risk of boiler etc but the estimate is only £500 to £800, plus a whopping 24% buyer's premium.

Sold for £2100, presumably plus commission and VAT.  I thought it seemed good value at the estimate!
