Nicely presented A3, but is it Gauge 3?

Anderson & Garland Ltd. Newcastle, sale on 5th December, Lot 1195

A scratch-built scale model of 'Flying Scotsman' steam locomotive and tender, in 4472 LNER green livery, on track and stand, 86 x 18cms (34 x 7in.).

The photo looks like a model very nicely presented, but is it Gauge 3 and is it powered, or static?

Assuming Wikipedia is correct, Scotsman is 70ish feet long, which scales to 94cm long in G3.

Indeed Trevor, which in old money is about 37in and the catalogue says 34in.  So maybe 13.5mm or maybe half inch, but probably 2.5in gauge.

Not a lot of money if it is powered but maybe too much for a static display model?
