Looks like LBSC's 'Victoria'.
Single cylinder, slip eccentric.
The copper 'thing' in the picture doesn't look like her boiler....

think the copper thing is spirit tank with pump and may sit on the rear bogie. steam workshop have an old L.B.S.C, maybe his first 2.5" loco, the spirit burner is in the tender, but similarly,sits on the pony truck as well and so has potential to lick edge of firebox on curves.

Spirit tanks don't need a pump - and that tank looks huge...
But many of LBSC's designs did not have the full 'words and music', leaving the builder to work out some bits for themselves. So maybe that was what this builder came up with?

parrafin tanks did have a pump to pressurise the contents,so that they would spray from the nozzles, like the old parrafin blow lamps
