For a very long time by the look of it .... and in a skip?
Why does he (or she) think it is a "tank engine"?
Looks like a Mogul tender loco.

Still, for 150GBP it is worth it for the recoverable parts.

It's an LBSC Dyak. I don't know why the seller assumes it's a tank loco either!
