It doesn't look Carson or Lowke to me.  Separate valve chest covers, fabricated side tanks with rounded corners and fabricated smokebox.  The weighshaft for the Joy valvegear also isn't the usual Carson/Lowke.

Which is in no way a criticism, just that I don't know what it is!

For the record it sold for just £274.  Has to be good value at that price.
