thats a pernfros models coach, cost 395 new, he's stopped doing them now. ones i'd seen had bad roof joints etc, but could be a good version. think bogie sides are cast resin .

Part of a rush hour commuter train maybe?  Looks like every seat is taken and passengers standing!  Don't often see that on a model.
