Books on large scale or garden railways

Several threads in the past have quoted various books on large scale and / or garden railways - some are out of print but turn up at exhibitions, on-line sellers, etc.
So I thought it might be useful to start a thread where we can build up a 'library list'.

Here is my first offering:

Garden Railways in all scales - ed. Martin Bloxsom, pub Gauge O Guild (Handbook No.6) 1984

Model Locomotive Construction - Martin Evans. pub MAP (in print, not sure who the publisher is now. This covers electrically powered models, not live steam
Modelling in Gauge 1 - Book 1- Electrical Propulsion (The best of 55 years of Newsletter articles in one book.

Modelling in Gauge 1 - Book 2- John van Riemsdijk's Contribution to Gauge One [Live steam] - pub G1MRA.
Locomotive Modelling from scratch & etched kits - Geoff Holt - pub Wild Swan. A new book, principally covering 7mm scale, reviewers have said it is equally applicable to 10mm so I'm sure it will be of value to the G3 builder too.

Carriage Modelling made Easy - D Jenkinson - pub Wild Swan - carriage construction in 7mm & 10mm scales using plasticard. Techniques have been used in G3. Currently out of print.
