I am considering preparing the artwork to have sides and ends laser cut in stainless steel for a couple of designs of the steel-panelled versions of these carriages.
Currently at an early planning stage but a possibility is for the 'bolection' mouldings around the windows to be reproduced by resin inserts fixed from inside through the window apertures.
The designs I have in mind at present are dia.C32 (57ft all third) which can employ the 9ft 'fishbelly' bogies available from GRS and a dia.F21 (70ft double-ended slip).

Any comments or suggestions?

John.
