I've just been contacted by Member Mark P. with regards getting a "For Sale" notice into the December Newsletter (if I can still find some space at this stage)

He is building a small batch of Adams Radial Tanks (together with some other Society Members). As such he has designed (and had laser-cut) some key parts for these engines. However, he has three sets that are surplus to his requirements.

Each set includes 3/32" thick steel side-frames (which are 22" in length), bogie side frames, keeper plates, coupling rods, buffer & equalising beams. Mark's engines will be electrically powered but he feels these parts could also be used for a live steam model if the builder so wished.

He is asking for 35 GBP per set, which if you are interested in an Adams Radial seems to me to be very good value. I don't think Mark uses email etc - but Society Members should be able to find his phone number in the Membership list. If any other Forum Member would like to be put into contact - then please use the Forum's messaging system to contact me.

Regards,

Ian T
