Airbrushing Acrylics

Any advice on airbrushing acrylics (e.g.thinning, etc.)?

Have always used either enamels or cellulose in the past but may need to use a green acrylic for the Kingsbury wagon.
Have only used black acrylic in past (brushed onto underframes.....I always spray bodies).
