A lovely day at Parkside & Hale Railway

The weather was good and the live steamers took full advantage of it at the P&HR today. When everyone had finished their runs - a new 'Battle of Britain' class took to the rails to fly the flag for battery electric! Some innovative use of 3D printing here by owner Ian-D and 'printer' Gavin.





It was chased (but was never in any danger of being caught) by a cheeky little green Sentinel that also decided it was a nice day for a run...

i just called at my local model engineers, on the table in the canteen was railway modeller featuring parkside and hale ! uncanny!
