Does anyone know where I could purchase a bow pen, sometimes caled a ruling pen, in the London / Surrey / Hampshire area?

Try looking round second hand shops and flea markets or if you want a new one a good art supplyers may help . Gerry at FREESTONE MODELS would also be some one to ask . Hope this helps .

try google-ing either 'bow pen' or 'ruling pen'.
They are available from Amazon amongst many others.  I've had mine since I started work in the late '60's, in architecture.  They are a b*****r to use and take a lot of practice/patience/ so good luck.
