Title: Another building for Monkton Magna
Post by: John Candy on Nov 01 2024 12:30
In response to a request to add a garage/workshop to the Thatchworks range of buildings and accessories, I produced this corrugated iron structure to represent a 1930's "motor engineers" premises.

I went a bit further and added an extra bay to represent the warehouse of the associated business of "agricultural merchants".

After that interlude (which took 6 days out of my schedule from starting on the OPENScad files to fixing the glazing) I now need to get back to work on the GWR Siphons and a batch of transfers.

Another very impressive model John.

I've just had a look at the Thatchworks site ( https://www.thatchworks.co.uk ) That's a very good range of models now available for G3 from Mark.

I don't think 'Thatchworks' is currently listed in the G3S website's 'Traders' section.

Would Mark like them added?

Regards,

IanT

Good morning Ian,
Thank you for the favourable comments on my models.
Please add Thatchworks to the list of traders (all the models offered are from my own SCAD files which have been licensed to Mark).
Regards,
John.
