I need at least 18 yards for Phase 1 of my demo track, which will mostly be buried under concrete except for the railhead.  The type of track needed for Phase 2 is uncertain yet, likely to be driven by price and availability, but will be a similar length, exposed in a cutting and so will be ballasted.

Having now acquired around 60+ yards of secondhand GRS track (thanks to networking via Ian and Dave) and a few points for the sidings, I probably don't need more at present.  I'd still be interested to hear though if you have any more GRS track to offer, for later phases of the project.
