Julius does seem to be providing a small series of Railbus designs. The latest 45mm version of a Donegal Railbus (the larger one) has just been published. It's 1:20.3 scale again - and a 2.5" version is promised too. You can find it here (all downloadable in PDF format as before)

As before (with the other 2.5" gauge version) please note that the scale used is 1:14.4

It looks like a stretched limo!  I did download the previous 2.5 version and have filed it away in my 'may do later' folder.  The scale of 1:14.4, does this mean that it's a little over scale?
