As a newbie to this forum and the massive amount of very important info that's stored here , I for one would feel sad to think that all that info would be lost just like that. Ok so people may not use the Forum quite so much as they did and yes the Facebook group is a very quick and easy to dip into but this is where all the answers to so many questions are held . Facebook may be good at a quick discussion about a current topic but at least on here you can trawl back through the archives and do your own research. Let's hope it can carry on and obviously a massive thank you to John Candy for doing this, it really is appreciated!

Congratulations and many thanks to Martin for taking on this forum, and John for continuing to support it. When I started modelling in G3 I found it by far the best resource of information and experience available, and I would be very sorry to see it go.

Hello Martin

As a longtime user of Templot (nearly 20 years I think) I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for this unique track  modelling software. Whilst I've never become anywhere near expert in it's use, Templot has enabled me to print templates for my G3 track turnouts. So I'd highly recommended Templot for anyone building their own turnouts in Gauge 3.
