As some of you may be aware I have been building hopper wagons. I have recently fitted bogies supplied by Walsall Model Industries and this is the test run with the hoppers in photographic grey!

Very smart. very Big! Just looked through my copy of "Wagon Recognition". Carkind JYA Foster Yeomans, is that right? "limited to 45mph to reduce track damage" the book says...
What was the story with the bogies? Did you produce patterns for walsall?
Geoff.

They look fantastic Keith.

Hi Geoff

They are Foster Yeoman PHA, O&K hoppers, built as a special batch. We will have to arrange to meet and get your EWS 08 on the front.

Thanks Hornbeam, I have another 5 to make!.

Well done Keith, they look very good, and will look even better once all ten are finished.  Keep up the good work!
