Moving & Storing Modules - Spur II

Having mentioned that I'd seen some interesting photos on the Spur II site with respect to Module construction - I thought I'd point some out to interested parties on this Forum.

I immediately came across some new photos - that show several interesting ways to move/stack modules. although these are actually Spur IIm modules shown in the photos (e.g. 45mm) the ideas would apply equally to our modules. I currently have six modules stacked on end in the Shed and the use of "end" units shown here (both for narrow and wide modules) is certainly worth consideration.

I also found this 'box-section' module in what appears to be 12mm ply.

However, it was not the 'wavy line' unit that I was originally looking for. I'd noticed these "bits" scewed on the sides of some modules when erected and had been puzzled as to what they were for. This photo explained it immediately.
