Board 4 now bandaged and brown emulsioned just need a heat wave to dry everything out.

Today the green flock foliage has gone on to the four boards with a dilute spray of PVA glue 3 part water 1 part glue and a dash of mild green fairy liquid. Sprayed on with a old toiilet duck spray bottle. Let it dry now and then turn my attention to the ballasting and the brick card when it arrives.

Have given the foliage another dusting of green and the spray glue. Now my attention can turn towards the ballast. I have only got a week to get it all done by so here is hoping that the glue will dry out in time.

I have put all the individual bricks on the arches of the board in question and started to put all the trim on the outer ring of the arch brickwork.

I have now finished the brickwork scribing on the second half of the viaduct as well as placing the individual bricks on the arches on both sides. A total of 12 arches. Unfortunately the tin of halfords red primer was not big enough to do the entire viaduct. So I have to go get another tin to spray a very small area, ho hum.
The next challenge is to put the angle brackets and upright posts in place for the walkway and railings. Then it is scenery titivation and finish the road and river detail.
I have decided to rename the viaduct St Catherines Viaduct. St Catherines Point is the most southerly point of the IOW and I have tried to keep a local flavour going along with my modellers license.

Second half of the viaduct is now painted and all that is required is to finish the railings and scenery bits. Pics to follow shortly.
