Peak diesel 1-C0-C0-1 Kinder Scout on a garden railway light engine.
This is a design by Chris Barron with modifications & improvements to design.
This is 14.4 volt 2.3 AH battery powered with 6 motors and R/C using an Electronize ESC (15 amp rated).

The line was at Ralph's we had some fun this afternoon. The idea was to allow the Peak to stretch it's legs.
We marked out a scale 1/4 mile & timed it, & max speed recorded by Peak light engine on full wack was 108 mph.

Yes, am planning to be at Alan M's in May & John T's at the end of this month.
Look forward to meeting you, hope you will be bringing Anne along with you if she is fit for travelling.
