Westinghouse brake pumps and train pipes for sale

Abbey castings have cast some Westinghouse brake pumps and train pipes in brass from my CAD artwork. They are produced from drawings by the Great Eastern Railway Society, so they are a Stratford design, but very similar to the westinghouse original. To cover my costs I am selling the pumps at £9 each, the pipes at £9 a pair.

Looking good. 3d printing is a good way of doing masters for lost wax casting

thanks, Gavin. The pumps took the equivalent of several full days to finish, with a couple of false starts, but I'm pleased with the result. I'm now finalising the CAD for a set of castings for the cab, backhead and boiler, applicable to most GER locos.

Very neat. Does it come with a firemans shovel to bash on the top of the pump to restart it al IOW donkey pumps.

PS I don't need one either (the Westinghouse pump that is) but if they don't all go - let me know and I'll have one. It can join many (many) other old castings and other bits & bobs (that I don't really need) but enjoy 'finding' again from time to time and thinking - "I'd forgotten I had that - I must get around to doing something with it" :-)

The Stratford crews were more sophisticated, they would use a coal hammer.
