LT 10 and 14 ton brake vans

The attachment shows two brake vans owned and operated by the Metropolitan railway between the 1890's and 1960's.  The Met was capable of both designing and building rolling stock, but often bought vehicles from one or the other of the many builders in the market.  Does anyone recognise the designs as the products of other companies? I ask so that this knowledge could lead to some photos etc.
