Has anyone built any of the South Eastern Finecast kits?
I've just been given a 1925 Austin 7 kit (thank-you in-laws!) and first impressions are very good - the castings are all crisp and clean.

Note to expectant Newsletter editors - my build rate is appallingly slow, so don''t hold a page for an article on it too soon! ;)

Note from expectant Newsletter Editor..

No hurry Andy - but I have made a note to remind me of this - this time next year then!!

Andy, Had a look at the website - the Austin 7 looked Okay. Do I gather it is a white metal kit? As I model the mid-30's this could be very useful.

Hi Andy,

I've never assembled one but remember them from years ago.  They certainly look nice when finished.

Whitemetal, with etched stainless steel wheels and rubber tyres.
A few others in the right era for you Ian -
MG 'M' type (kit code A010) - built 1929 to 1932
1934 Morgan 3 wheeler (kit code A020)

There is also the 1933 MG K3 - but that was probably less likely to be seen in your average station forecourt, as only 33 were built.

I have part built their Mini (A209) and have the MG (A205) in stock. They are brim-full of detail, including metal fittings and badges. The white metal body on the Mini took a little tidying up, but other than that, they are lovely kits to build.
